1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LIIAROMA. By accessing or using our website www.liiaroma.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products including perfumes, attars, combos, and gift sets.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make any purchases. LIIAROMA is operated by LII Aromatic Manufacturing LLP, registered in India.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Colors and fragrance notes may vary slightly due to screen settings and individual perception. All perfumes and attars are authentic LIIAROMA products manufactured by LII Aromatic Manufacturing LLP.

3. Pricing, Discounts & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Discounts and promotional offers are valid for limited periods only
Combo and gift set prices are fixed packages and individual items cannot be substituted
Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at info@liiaroma.com
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return
For prepaid orders (PhonePe), refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
For COD orders cancelled before shipment, no charges apply

LIIAROMA-Initiated Cancellations:

We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues
Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days for prepaid orders
You will receive email and SMS notification if we cancel your order

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

PhonePe: UPI payments, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and PhonePe wallet
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes (additional handling charges may apply)

Important Payment Information:

PhonePe is our exclusive online payment gateway for all digital transactions
LIIAROMA does not store any credit/debit card, UPI credentials, or sensitive payment information on our servers
All payment data is processed securely by PhonePe, which is PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by RBI
Payment must be completed at the time of order placement for prepaid orders
For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery by our logistics partner

PhonePe Transaction Lifecycle

Initiated: Payment request sent to PhonePe
Pending: Awaiting confirmation from your bank or UPI app
Success: Payment confirmed, order processing begins
Failed: Payment declined or timed out — you may retry or choose COD
Abandoned: If you exit before completing payment, no charges apply

Failed or Abandoned Payments: If payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, PhonePe will automatically reverse the amount within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive the reversal within 5-7 business days, please contact us with your PhonePe Transaction ID.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through our logistics partners including Shiprocket.

Delivery Timelines:

Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Other locations: 5-7 business days
Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. LIIAROMA is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy governs all product returns and refund requests. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information.

Key points: Returns are accepted for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Opened perfumes and attars cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, graphics, and software, is the property of LIIAROMA (LII Aromatic Manufacturing LLP) and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website
Use our brand name, trademarks, or logos without written permission
Download product images for commercial use
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website

9. User Accounts & Security

10. Limitation of Liability

Delays in shipping or delivery

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Product Safety & Usage

Important Safety Information:

Perfumes and attars are for external use only
Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes
Keep out of reach of children
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Discontinue use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs
Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin

LIIAROMA is not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities or improper use of products.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
