Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At LIIAROMA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.

This policy applies to all products purchased from www.liiaroma.in, including perfumes, attars, combos, and gift sets.

2. Return Eligibility

Returnable Products

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Original seals, wraps, and tags are intact
  • No signs of use, damage, or tampering
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Products

The following items CANNOT be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used perfumes and attars (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Products without original tags or labels
  • Customized or personalized gift sets (if applicable)
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Important: Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening the product.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Eligible Issues:

  • Product arrived damaged during shipping (broken bottle, leaking, etc.)
  • Defective product (manufacturing defect, faulty spray mechanism)
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Missing items from combo or gift set
  • Expired or near-expiry products (if applicable)

Reporting Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Share clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect
  4. Include images of the packaging (both outer and inner)

4. How to Return a Product

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

    Contact Customer Support

    Email info@liiaroma.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

    Await Approval

    Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.

    Pack the Product Securely

    Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice. Pack securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

    Ship the Return

    Use the return shipping label provided (if applicable) or ship to the address provided by our support team. Keep the tracking number for reference.

    Quality Check & Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error

Customer pays return shipping for returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse (subject to eligibility)

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • PhonePe UPI: Refunded to the bank account linked to your UPI ID
  • Credit/Debit Cards (via PhonePe): Refunded to the same card used for payment
  • Net Banking (via PhonePe): Refunded to the same bank account
  • PhonePe Wallet: Refunded to your PhonePe wallet balance
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — you must provide account details

Note: For prepaid orders via PhonePe, we cannot transfer refunds to a different payment method or account. Refunds are processed only to the original source.

Refund Timeline

  • Return received & inspected:3-5 business days
  • Refund initiated by LIIAROMA:Within 2 business days
  • Credit to your account:5-10 business days
  • Total refund time:7-10 business days

* Timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Some banks may take 7-14 days to reflect the refund.

Refund Amount

  • Full product price will be refunded
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product is defective or incorrect)
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from refund
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons used will be adjusted accordingly

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, LIIAROMA does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Once refund is processed, place a new order for the desired product

This ensures faster processing and gives you flexibility to choose any product from our collection.

8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not been shipped yet:

  • Contact us at info@liiaroma.com with your order number
  • Prepaid Orders (PhonePe): Refund initiated within 24 hours; credited to original payment method in 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Cancellation confirmed immediately; no charges apply
  • No cancellation fees or charges

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery:

  • You can refuse delivery at the time of delivery (order will be returned to us)
  • Alternatively, accept delivery and initiate a return following our return process
  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason
  • Prepaid orders (PhonePe): Refund processed after we receive the returned product

COD Order Policies

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, excessive cancellations or refusals may result in restriction of COD option for future orders
  • If you refuse a COD delivery without valid reason, future orders may require prepaid payment via PhonePe
  • COD is subject to availability based on your PIN code and order history

9. PhonePe Payment Refunds

All online payment refunds are processed through PhonePe, our exclusive payment gateway, in compliance with RBI guidelines:

Refund Mode

Prepaid Orders (PhonePe): Refunds are credited to the original payment method only — the same UPI ID, card, net banking account, or PhonePe wallet used during purchase. We cannot transfer refunds to a different account.

UPI Payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

  • Refunds are initiated instantly from our end via PhonePe
  • Amount credited to the bank account linked to your UPI ID within 3-5 business days
  • Check your PhonePe app or bank statement for refund status
  • You will receive SMS/email notification from PhonePe once refund is processed

Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • Refund initiated through PhonePe to your original card
  • Credit to your card account within 5-10 business days
  • Timeline depends on your card issuer's processing

Net Banking Payments

  • Refund credited to the same bank account used for payment
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

PhonePe Wallet Payments

  • Refund credited to your PhonePe wallet within 24-48 hours
  • Check PhonePe app for wallet balance update

Failed or Abandoned Payments

  • Payment deducted but order failed: PhonePe automatically reverses the amount within 24-48 hours
  • Payment abandoned/cancelled before completion: No charges apply; money is not deducted
  • Payment stuck in pending: If not resolved within 30 minutes, contact us with your PhonePe Transaction ID
  • If you don't receive auto-refund within 5-7 business days, email us at info@liiaroma.com with your order number and PhonePe Transaction ID

COD Order Refunds

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • You must provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name)
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after account details verification
  • If you paid COD and refused delivery, no refund is applicable

10. Special Circumstances

Combo & Gift Sets

  • Combos and gift sets must be returned in full; individual items cannot be returned separately
  • All items in the set must be unopened and in original packaging

Sale Items & Promotional Offers

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or flash sales are eligible for return only if defective
  • Change of mind returns may not be accepted for heavily discounted items
  • Check specific sale terms before purchasing

Seasonal or Limited Edition Products

Limited edition fragrances follow the same return policy but exchanges may not be available if the product is sold out.
